The location was comfortable and handy - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The most important was the staff - very friendly and attentive people. The room was brand-new and top-class in bath having to use paper cup for tea or coffee, and we liked it.
My room had not so great view.

Liked my stay. My stay was really good for 3 nights. The whole staff was genuinely helpful. It was in a handy location next to bus station and the centre as well as pubs and food places and the bus station for people having to get a bus. Tried some nice meals at Vandal, located close to the hotel.

The very central location and fantastic and awesome staff were the highlight of this fantastic stay. Easily reached Havana Bank Sq, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Generally the service was nice, the room was good with possibly a phone, coffee, as for instance. The rate was £ 40.
